Appearance quality requirements for lipstick tubes

Lipstick is the general term for all lip makeup. Lipstick includes lipstick, lip stick, lip color, and lip glaze, which can make lips ruddy and shiny, moisturize and protect lips, increase facial beauty, and correct lip contour. The lipstick tube packaging materials used as bridal clothing for lipstick products are difficult to control because of complex structures and functions. Therefore, the appearance quality requirements for lipstick tubes of cosmetic packaging materials are as follows:

1. Basic appearance standard: the lipstick tube body shall be smooth and complete, the tube mouth shall be smooth and regular, the thickness shall be uniform, and there shall be no cracks, water marks, scars and deformation, and the mold closing line shall be free of obvious burrs and fins.

2. Surface and graphic printing

(1) Text and pattern: It is required to be consistent with the company's sample, and the text and pattern must be clear and correct, without missing print, missing words, incomplete strokes, obvious position deviation, printing blur and other defects.

(2) Color: must conform to the confirmed standard sample and be within the upper/standard/lower limit of the sealed sample.

(3) Printing quality: the content, font, deviation, color and size of patterns and characters must meet the requirements of standard samples, and the patterns or characters must be neat and clear, without obvious font blurring, color difference, displacement, burrs, inaccurate overprint, etc.

3. Adhesion requirements

(1) Stamping/printing adhesion (printing test of silk screen tube or labeling tube). Slight shedding (shedding area ≤ 5%, diameter of shedding single point area ≤ 0.5mm) does not affect the overall recognition. Tear the gold and silver slowly. Each color shall be operated once (if multiple colors can be detected in one test, it can be completed at the same time. Note: the tested tape cannot be reused).

(2) Adhesion of electroplating/spraying: use a utility knife to mark 4~6 squares with a side length of about 0.2cm (scratch the electroplating/spraying coating) on the electroplating/spraying part, and use 3M-810 adhesive tape to stick it on the square for one minute and then tear it off quickly at an angle of 45 °~90 ° without falling off.

4. Hygienic requirements: lipstick tubes and internal components shall be clean inside and outside, free of impurities, foreign matters, oil stains, scratches, dirt, black spots and impurities that can be identified by the naked eye φ ≤ 0.3mm, no more than 2, distributed dispersedly, not affecting the use, and penetrating impurities are not allowed. The lipstick tube packaging material shall not have any odor other than the material.
